We’ve got this kind of angst in our shop, too. The web folks are looking around and asking, Hey, didn’t there used to be a lot more of us here? The print folks are confused by the tools we’re building and not understanding the possibilities they present. It all breeds a self-perpetuating loop of constant anxiety, which tends to get in the way of getting the work done.
